These Terms govern the sale and provision of boat coastal tours operated by AG Expeditions on São Miguel Island, Azores. By booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts all clauses herein.

Cancellation by AG Expeditions: We may cancel or modify a tour due to severe weather, mechanical issues, minimum-passenger thresholds or force majeure. Customers may choose a 100 % refund or alternative date; no further compensation is due.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol or illegal substances are prohibited onboard.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Sea and weather conditions may dictate alternative routes or point-of-interest substitutions. Such changes do not entitle passengers to refund or discount.

Events beyond reasonable control (storm, pandemic, strike, governmental restriction, war, riot) release both parties from obligations without penalty.

Complaints should be lodged in writing within 30 days to bookings@agexpeditions.pt.
If unresolved, customers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform (EU Reg. 524/2013) or the recognised ADR body: CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt).

All website content, logos, imagery and the term AG Expeditions are the property of Inovtravel, Lda. Use, reproduction or modification without written consent is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent court: Ponta Delgada, Azores, Portugal.
